old fashioned but modern
My husband had a very old family heirloom gold tone Elgin pocket watch that requires repairs and parts that are no longer available so I ordered a modern gold tone digital pocket watch for him for Christmas, and a 2d (rose gold) for myself too as wrist watches tend to get in my way and have faces that are often too hard to read. The two pocket watches I ordered are affordable, accurate and nice looking - my only problem with the rose gold watch was that I had to install the teeny battery that came with it - hard for me to do but I did it. Thanks.

In very good condition for a "used" book; illustrations are mostly from very old finds in Pompeii which I have either visited in person or already have in other books, but a few new images from recent archaeologic finds are worth looking at closely. A strange book but glad to have it in my library of works about ancient history and art .

Overrated-Play the Chef Mystery Instead
This mystery game set in Antartica came very highly recommended but unless you look at all the on-line clues you won't be able to figure it out - but not all the on-line links were accessible to us. I was especially disappointed with the contents of the pricey box - no explanation about the work all these people were doing, not enough statements by the suspects, a suspect who leaves the game before it starts, a silly piece of evidence in a tiny baggie that told us nothing. I much prefer the chef murder mystery also by University Games, which follows a similar format.
