Exactly as described
The product fit my computer perfectly. Came factory sealed and original. The installation process was seamless as well.

Good Straightening Iron
2 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. I bought this after my other straighteners failed. I have had 2 conair straighteners, neither did well on even my fine thin hair. I read reviews that this was the #1 straightener on the market and that it would straighten on the first pass through. The price I found it for was extremely lower than the internet price, which was appealing.
I have used it twice on very thick, curly hair. I was hoping the internet reviews were correct, they stated the unit straightened hair on the first pass over it. I had to pass over the small pieces of hair several times before they straightened, which was disappointing. I had it at the highest setting.
I have used it once on thin, fine slightly wavy hair. First past worked just fine on the lowest setting.
Prior to this I owned a Conair, and the Babyliss is FAR superior.
This unit is Ergonicmically friendly - I have tendonitis in both wrists and after an hour with the unit I had no problems at all.
It gets hot in moments, which is great.
I give it a "good" because it doesn't straighten as good as I read it would.
