Amazing

Once I reamed the 1/2" hole for the jack, the DIY installation was easy with the alignment jig provided. Made in Oregon, USA. There's not much to it. I'm guessing K&K has almost as much into packaging as the pickup. Sounds great plugged directly into my acoustic amp. I like the simplicity and no battery. At just over a hundred bucks, I see why this pickup is so popular. I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

How?

Fabricated in China, packaged and shipped to the USA for less than $5 US, total. TOTAL! Sounds as good as any pickup and preamp in a moderately priced guitar. Easy to install.

It works!

I'm writing this review just a few days after installing the new part. Ask me in 12 months? OK. The part looked slightly different than the original factory part. It fit perfectly and installed easily. If in doubt, there are YouTube videos. My LG machine is approximately 10 years old and has worked well until the inlet valve started to leak. The new part not only fixed the leak, but eliminated the annoying loud water hammer sounds this machine has made while filling since it was new. LG customer service was worthless in helping to remedy this noise that I learned to live with for 10 long years. If your machine leaks from the inlet valve and or makes water hammer sounds while filling, buy this part, install it and let's hope it lasts. It worked well for me.
