Great Combination of Apps
Photoscore is superb if you have a high resolution scan of the score, 300 dpi is optimum (like a 2000 x 3000 pixel or higher image). It has difficulty with lower-res photos off of web pages. Those will require a lot of editing on your part, to correct all of the scanning errors.
Audioscore attempts to identify and score all of the instruments in a recording, up to a total of 15. It doesn't do drum tracks. Success is moderate, it requires a lot of user editing to clean up the tracks to get a usable score from a recording. It does much better than the free apps and breaks out the notes into separate instruments which the free apps don't do, but it isn't perfect.
