It protects the camera glass. It seems to have minimal distortion and adheres well. Fits the cases I tried it with without issue and leaves the IR probe uncovered so the thing actually works! Was highly rated/recommended and I'm just going to join in that chorus. This is the go to protector.

Highly recommend this. I now have two as they work great for my use case of having some regular outlet plug devices, a laptop 100W range, and some USB a devices to charge. The display is neat but only really useful (to me) when I'm wondering if a device is drawing the required wattage or volt/amp combo. Would love to see this (maybe it is in the newer higher power bluetooth version) have a watt meter for the regular wall outlets. Overall, keeps desk tidy and delivers stable power to usbC devices

These work great for bedside table appli...

These work great for bedside table applications where you may have a light or medical device to plug in and still want to charge a phone or other devices. Works great and will power most laptops if that's the only thing plugged in. The light in the center is pretty mild so likely won't disturb sleep.
