The cost she paid for it would have not only cost me $18 to ship, but i would have lost the cost for the item itself. Being a new reseller, I should have just sent it to her anyways and marked it as a lesson learned, but instead I tried to explain it to her hoping she would understand that everyone makes mistakes and I deeply apologized. Several days later, I got bad review anyways

cats seem to like it anyway.
it is as described and affordable but the covering is very cheep. That is reflected in the rice.
