Good, but could be better.

i love this watch for the ease of answering phone calls and verbally responding and sending new texts. So convenient. The heart beat feature is good. But the watch is not accurate for exercise. It seems accurate for measuring the time spent standing on your feet, and fairly good for counting steps. But it is very inaccurate for measuring the exercise activity. It is crazy in that it gives me more time for exercise when I golf, than when I play pickleball. That's crazy. I had a Fit Bit Charge before this and it was much more accurate for heavy exercise and calories burned. Apparently, when you swing your arms in golf, the watch program assumes you are getting heavy exercise. The sleep program that I downloaded also if very inaccurate. The watch does not come with a sleep program. Although a rep at Best Buy said that will be coming out in a newer version. In summary, I love most of the programs and the ease of phone, text and email. But use Fit Bit if you want to accurately measure exercise and sleep.

A fun way to tone muscle

Nice machine. We'll use it to tone muscle in between more strenuous exercise. Can be used with various muscle groups and is an easy machine to move around.
