Richard Simmons always gives you a push.
I bought it to get a push on my weight loss plan.It gave me a push and to get started and I have always liked Richard Simmons and thought it would help.It did the job I enjoyed listending to him talk about losing the weight and why you should do it.

Boring
I do not like it.It is the first book I have ever bought I am not happy with. I did not have any word for it but my daughter was looking at it and said it is boring. It is no ones fault you take the chance when you buy things on ebay. It was packed very well and it got to me fast the people I bought it from were good in doing that.

I just love this book it has all kinds of little fairies in it and the pictures have a lot of little things to color it has detales
