HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK

I noticed that I have more energy and mental clarity. The recipes are number one in my book. As I began to make the recipes, I found myself substituting and creating my own special dishes. That is certainly a plus! The more you use it the easier it gets. Aches and pains are gone..
