  My item for unfortunately damaged beyond use in shipping. It appeared to be well packaged and cared for so I'm not sure what happened. It was shipped and received promptly. The seller was easy to work with and agreed to refund my purchase. I was excited by the price of this item, but am satisfied with my interactions with the seller to resolve the problem.

  Excellent packaging. Every piece was wrapped individually with bubble wrap, cardboard, and then tucked into a ton of newspaper. I have had so many packages damaged by the postal service, so this kind of packaging is greatly appreciated. The cups and saucers are exactly as described. Great seller.
