    Wasn’t good at first but we resolved issue. Shipping carrier never scanned package making it seem like it was never shipped until the buyer received it days later.

Low Quality, High Price
This tiny little adapter runs you about $35-$50 (For the oem microsoft adapter). You think that you would be getting what you pay for, but you aren’t. I’ve had my adapter for less than a week, it’s already starting to have issues. Sometimes I have to un-plug it and plug it back in to make it work. Sometimes even after doing that, it won’t work and I have to restart my controller. If I paid $5-$10 I wouldn’t be complaining, but I paid $40 for this piece of plastic. Terrible quality
