Good as an inexpensive replacement part, but not Bowflex quality.
The handles are not the same quality as the original Bowflex handles. The handles have a narrower width and the strap material is thinner in both width and thickness.
However, they work; just not sure how long they will last.

Very good quality for the price.
Tires, rims, seat, shifters, etc all appear to be upgrades over lower priced bikes.
Easy to assemble (comes with the requisite tools).
Only negative is it did not come with a kickstand.
