Works right out the box !!
It comes included with a wire that powers up the Bluetooth part of it. No kext needed. Just install plug it in and that’s it. For windows just install BCM drivers on included CD.
Note: I have an SFF computer, so I had to cut the bracket and turned it into a half height card. Still worked like a charm. Highly recommend !!

I was looking for this processor for it’s low power consumption . Installed on ASUS Z390-P motherboard. It’s very good for my needs.
