Plaque Ship by Cussler & DuBrul

ANYTHING and I mean anbything Clive Cussler writes about, I read...love the guy and his style of writing! While the Oregon adventures aren't quite up to Dirk and Al's quality of adventure I still find them very entertaining, probably more so than Kurt Austin. After all, we aren't reading this stuff to find literary jewels...its entertainment and it certainly fits that bill!!!!

American Gangster DVD

I wasn't really surprised to see what a wonderful job Danzel Washington did in this movie, as my girlfriend watches everything he does and of course that means I do to! Wasn't sure if he could be the 'bad' guy and do an accomplished job at being such....Boy was I wrong!!! I think that he did an outstanding job at it and the cast of supporting actors (Russell Crowe included..don't like him as a person, but a fine job in this case) really sets this flick above the run of the mill that is pumped out of Tinseltown. I would suggest this movie to anyone who can sit thru a three hour movie.

Cuba by Stephen Coonts

Really like this author and have read all of the Jake Grafton books since Intruder, so I had to read this one! Excellent as usual!! Like his work because it is very believable and extremely entertaining! Try it, you might like it.
