  Seat arrived in a different huge box that looked like it had been pulled behind the truck all the way here. seat was bent and scrapped and had pieces missing, contacted seller and they were great making it right, I think it was totally the shipping not the seller and I appreciate them working with me

  Absolutely horrible experience!!!! Do not buy from this SCAM COMPANY! THe package came damaged completely ripped open. I sent them a message and I got a knock at my door 2 days later with a damage package pick up. I sent it back thinking I would get a new one. NOTHING I contacted them and they offered me 12$ back on a 130$ item, car retractable awning. Why would I do that?? They kept offering me money back up to 40$. Again why would I take 40$ on an item I paid 130$ for. That I didn’t have.scam!

  I received the package with one of the welded brackets broke, contacted the seller and was shipped a replacement ASAP. All mounted on my new trailer, very sturdy. I'll definitely will be buying this brand again. Good product and excellent service!

  Rack rails are quite heavy and shipped in a flimsy box, causing hardware inside to bust out of the bags. Seller was responsive and compensated me so I could buy replacement nuts & bolts.
