Does not control appetite.
I can't really tell that it does anything. Definitely does not control appetite which is what I wanted. I don't know whether it inhibits fat production but just hope it has done something. I will finish up what I have but will probably not buy more.

Good sturdy lamp
The lamp came in nicely packed, was easy to put together and it works great. I do wish it was a little brighter but it is a nice lamp overall.
