  I contacted the seller and asked if he would be willing to put the item in a simple envelope and only charge $1.00 for shipping and any loss at my risk. He agreed to do so and when I bid and won the item he billed me the original high shipping cost. I attempted to contact the seller be he never answered any of my messages. Sellers need to keep their word and this case this seller failed to do so and failed to respond.
