Network signal killer.

After I installed the case on my OnePlus 5. I kept losing the network in the middle of phone calls or while using SMS. Many hours on my OnePlus 5T discussing with Cricket with the problem was. Even went and bought a new sim chip and had address to my phone number. The problem was not corrected. Cricket attempted to attach me to the closest Towers. Which are almost in my backyard as I live near an airport. When I remove the case I got full bars no problems excellent signal strength from the AT&T / Cricket network. Conclusion is that the metal surround it and block the antenna built into the OnePlus five phone. I also tried case on my 5T not using the fingerprint reader. With the same disastrous issues of signals being blocked losing calls and When Calls were able to be made staticy and breaking up.

A cell phone way of ahead of its time. Does take time to figure out how to use the camera. And I don't particularly like the TV mode on it. What is an awesome device. I do wish they would upgrade the Android operating system. What Android 7 is fine. Very pleased with this purchase. has an excellent camera on it. Once you get used to have to turning it around if you want to take pictures.
