Black Rednecks And White Liberals by Thomas Sowell
3 personnes sur 3 ont jugé cet avis utile. In a world obsessed by political correctness and intent upon historic revisionism, this collection of essays by Thomas Sowell is a like a shot of oxygen on the summit of Everest. A senior fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institute, Sowell shines the light of truth on the history of world slavery, racism, discrimination and the decline of public education in the U.S.
This is a book social activists and liberal apologists hope you never read. Black Rednecks and White Liberals exposes the fallacy and failures of liberalism and the entitlement mindset. Sowell's research is impeccable, his understanding of the subject flawless and his observations right on the mark.
Black Rednecks and White Liberals is an instructive read for independent thinkers. Moreover: it's an eye opener for young adults who have never considered how the bias of liberal teachers and the media have affected their perception of themselves and others.

A Vince Flynn Classic
This is Vince Flynn's first major novel and, while it doesn't feature Mitch Rapp, it's a great prequel to "American Assassin" since it introduces Scott Coleman, a prominent character in the Mitch Rapp series, and sets the tone for the future series. No Vince Flynn collection is complete if it doesn't include "Term Limits".
