    As described. Boxed and packaged well for shipping. Fit as I hoped and I have not used it to start my outboard as of yet but should in the next 3 days. The price was fair and communications was excellent. I purchased used and very satisfied with the condition of the unit.

    Seller sent wrong manual by mistake I sent message and seller contacted back right away he sent a return lable and sent the right one out right away couldn't ask for better communication and response I would highly recommend this seller

    Absolutely a wonderful seller who takes what they do seriously and customer service is first and foremost and their mind! My product was perfectly packed just as described wonderful. I asked a question was given an answer immediately and they went over and above to make sure I was satisfied thank you wonderful I appreciate it! I can't wait to do business again!

    The item is exactly as described. There was a problem with the delivery of the item. The seller did everything they could to assist in the problem and had GREAT communication with me. So I give an A+ for customer service and care. I did receive the item later than expected but this was not due to anything this shipper did. Thanks to the seller for all your help.

    Shipping was accurately tracked and product arrived on time. The smaller plastic bottle containing the catalyst leaked a small amount but it did travel across most of the country to make it to me. I attribute this to the shipping process and not the seller, as the product was well packaged when it arrived. I've used Gluvit before; it is a good product and was sold to me at a fair price. I would buy from this seller again.

    Great communication and quick shipping unfortunately due to USPS losing the package , it was never received . This great company refunded me right away to make it right even when it wasn't there fault . Don't hesitate to purchase from them
