Good for decoration, night light or Kids education and fun.
At this price, who could complain? It uses only 3 watts of electricity and if you remove the dome, you will be impressed with so much technology, like a very crowded and well designed computer board, it is a robot that obeys your commands. Uses CR2025 or CR2032 flat disk battery which is not included but they are so cheap, I paid $1 for a 3-pack of the CR2032 at a Dollar $tore. The downside is that you have to point the remote directly at the bulb from top or side, because like a TV remote, it uses infrared technology which requires a clear field of view.
