Good book albeit for the patient and open-minded reader.
This book is very different than other memoirs in that it is very analytical and observant. At times it is a burden, at times it is fascinating, all in all it is worth reading.

For light sleepers and noise haters
Best ear plugs I've used so far. Only downside is that they must be frequently discarded as they become ineffective after about 5 uses. I guess it's a good thing given that like all ear plugs they tend to absorb earwax so it makes sense in terms of hygiene.
Highly recommended!

Currently the best of its category
3 personnes sur 3 ont jugé cet avis utile. I've always been a light sleeper and very sensitive to noises, I've tried many types and many brands but none came closer to Heroes Xtreme in terms of noise reduction and as little as discomfort as possible.
The only downsize is that the same pair can only be used for up to a week after which they are no longer efficient in reducing noise, but I guess it's how it should be because ear hygiene also plays a role here.
They're not that cheap and shipping costs add, especially if you order outside the US, but I think that for those of you who really need it, it's the best choice out there.
