Terrible

This unit has been a complete disappointment. We have radiant heaters in the past and all others have worked fine. This one, however, we have NEVER been able to get it to function. I will light and stay lit for only about 30 seconds. We would like to send it back even if we have to pay return shipping. We certainly would not recommend it to anyone.
