  Item shipped quickly. Some hardware was left out of the shipment by mistake, but the seller responded immediately to messaging and sent the necessary hardware the very next day (along with additional tracking information). With the needed hardware, the item is exactly as described and works great! A+++ seller, especially with communication and promptness. Would buy from this seller with extreme confidence again.   Through no fault of the seller my equipment purchase was delivered by UPS to the local thief two doors down. When I purchased I was not told til after that the package could not go to my post office box. . So I have been fighting with UPS since Dec 21. And it's now Jan 6..Seller's communication could have been faster but it was over the holidays. We needed to know quickly what personal information was in the box. As it is, had to change user ID, email and Credit Card had to be stopped.

  While listed as “refurbished” the Scoop Lateral Trainer I received was more like “new in box”. All the product stickers were still in place, hardware packaging sealed / never opened, parts sealed in plastic, and in original box with all original paperwork. I ship a lot and feel the shipping cost for an item of this weight was very reasonable. Everything works perfectly and I feel like I received a great deal! Thank you!
