Works good, communicates good with my equipment!
Decent product for the money, other than drivers program being slow to load, the dongle does the job, however I would recommend the software be easier to use, gets lost in computer with no shortcuts or icon for opening besides on task bar.

Connects well when paired, but includes Chinese voiced prompts which are annoying!
To connect your phone or audio equipment that has Bluetooth technology, it does the job, but comes without instructions or help sheet of any kind.
The range of operation seems to be as advertised, but annoying Chinese voiced prompts which are not understandable, could be the worst drawbacks to this item.
Good value for price, but shipping is fairly slow.
