the lock cylinder fell out the 3rd time is used it. ordered another thinking it was a one time thing, the second one lasted about 8 or 1o times and that cylinder just stopped working and would not close.
cheaper to go to the hardware store and get a 4 foot heavy chain and master lock, which I did.

It works!
Good value but a bit small. Fits only smaller cats.
