  The seller posted selling "One Dozen" golf balls -- only 6 arrived. I asked for a 50% refund, and received it, but only for the balls, not the shipping (which was as much as the balls). Then, when I went to play, I realized that the balls I bought were not the balls that were posted -- I was sold a different, and inferior, golf ball! A clear misrepresentation by the seller. I asked for a complete refund and never heard back from the seller. Based upon my experience this seller cannot be trusted.

  Horrible packaging. Made items in package loose and shifting all over the box inside. Bent box top. No communication skills. Shipped item almost a week later than supposed to arrive. I had to message 2 times to ask about shipping and no reply from seller.

  I made my purchase on Sept 28th, it is now Dec 9th and I still have not received it. Shows that it has shipped but thats all im getting. The seller will not reply to any msgs I have sent them. It shows now that the seller isn't available till Jan 7th. This was part of a Christmas present and I can't get a refund. I try to contact ebay and it keeps directing me to contact seller. This is ridiculous and I just want my refund for this! I have received no help. Very disappointed!!!
