Lone Survivor

What an awesome book!! This book is gripping in its description of the action. It makes you feel like you are there on the mountain with the team...well without the danger. The first part of the book describes what the SEAL training is like and what is involved. It makes you sleep well at night knowing that these types of people are on our side. As the story progresses, you feel as if you know each and every SEAL.I wont spoil the ending, but this book will keep you up at night reading as it is not easy to put down. Stories like this also make one reflect on the sacrifices made by each and every soldier. God Bless the United States Armed Forces and thank you each and every one for your service to this country.

Great book. For "newbies" like myself, it has information to get one started. Very in-depth reviews of radios, antennas, etc. Highly recommended BEFORE the purchase of a radio. Lists and recommendations of stations and shows. Excellent publication!! A MUST have for the beginner shortwave listener and the advanced DX'er.
