Best personal Fan on the market
Great product hangs around your neck that provides a good amount of air.
I have breathing problems, not bad but this helps when i go to the movies and the air is standing still no air movement. It also can cool pretty good. the air flows up only so that you get the full blast of air to your head and neck. love all their products. O2Cool
