This is a very insightful book. It will help men and women understand why each other is so frustrating to deal with. It shows the reasons men have for not communicating and holding back from their wives. The author gives practical ways to overcome these issues; while giving women the needed help to get closer to their men.

Not as much direction as I was hoping for as far as what to pray. For 20 minutes a day I would need more content to keep me going.
Good but needs more content to keep me praising 20 minutes.
