Not an expert
I assume it is ok but I am not an expert.
I am new to this bike thing.
But looking at the pads I bought at the local store (same price +/-) these here look much more quality.
And they also work better (the others I have are 2 months old so it should be pretty new - right)

Didn't check the max PSI but looks fine.
Hooks well on the tube valve. Not obvious for this cheap stuff you can find online...
I had one similar (looks very similar).
It lasted for 3 years so seems like the quality is fair but not "old-school".

Works as expected!
Charges a single phone (LG-G3 & S5) super quickly.
When connecting 2 "hungry" devices (tablet+S5) then as mentioned max is 3.1.
But at least it doesn't head and burn like other dual devices I owned in the past :-)
As for the Temperature and Voltage info - I am sorry to say I don't know.
I don't need it but it gives you some info that I never bothered to look at.
The phones charges as quickly I I expected and this is what I care.
But the current meter info seems correct to the LG G3 when I tested it once.
