Good quality - assemble it slowly

As everyone stated, the directions were a bit sketchy, so I took my time. I only had two redo's and everything lined up well. The axle needs to have the parts threaded on one end, inserted and then the other end parts inserted and capped. The hub caps only fit on one side of the wheel, so check it out first so they are right. I found out at the end and just didn't use them. But it is good quality and solid.
