Jawbone Era Bluetooth Wireless Headset -Midnight - Noise Cancelling

Sound is horrible, no charge cable - refurbished

I didn't use this Jawbone ERA right after receiving it. Waited for a month as I found the old Jawbone ERA I had misplaced. So I probably have no recourse for refund for what I am about to post. I have owned 1 Jawbone and 2 Jawbone ERA in the past. All worked excellent. Really satisfied. This one I received the wrong charge cable, that was ok with me because I had 2 from previous Jawbone ERA's. Worst part, after pairing with my new iPhone 6SE (IOS updated) the sound is horrible. To the point I will go to a bricks and mortar store and order something I can test and return if not satisfied. I would say it was refurbished, waste.
