definitely will put this the rotation.
challenging to do ALL the reps of some, but she makes it fun. 30 minutes went quickly.

great value
With 5 workouts included, this is a great deal. Chalene is energetic and likeable and picks good music to make the workouts fun. Even the 'learn & burn' workout is good, if you keep doing reps while she's explaining the moves.
