ATC3/4-ER16
As a happy surprise, these showed up with a few features not shown in the photos. They are IGSTool ATC3/4-ER16 holders. Nearly identical to TTS ER16 holders.
The finish is a very nice polished grind with a black ox coating. They look well made. No grinding dust or chips like most import tools.
I checked the runout on one holder and it was fine but not perfect. At the holder nose, it was 0.0005in (~0.0125mm). This is better than my worst TTS holder so I would say this is a good deal.
For the price, I am very happy. I will probably buy more in the future.
