Overall, great features, great price.
It's perfect to screen calls, see the history of calls and still keep a landline free of the damaging wifi, RF, EMF signals that come with the portable handsets. I don't have the answering service set up, as I don't have that service through my phone company. But it's no bother really. I'm sure it would work perfectly if I chose to add the service. Nice durable, easy to read, connect, and has easy to follow instructions.
