  Purchased a used golf cart charger so didn’t expect anything new. Shipped in old box with only newspaper as packing material. Wiring insulation torn in two places. Warning light blinking immediately after plugging in and will not charge. Seller response is that my cart is older, which is not true but seller keeps giving same response. Seller refusing to refund defective item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

  The buyer is trying to take advantage, of a small seller, he received a perfect charger with no issues fully tested, his cart is the problem, the picture he sent clearly shows the charger working and going into fault after plugging in. The charger is for white controllers, newer carts. Beware of this buyer trying to get a fraudulent return when clearly the item is non returnable. There are 10 like new chargers from conversions and were all tested before shipping.
