Won't spin even in high wind
Whilst this wind spinner appears to be well made. The metallic paint is very colorful and nice. the top and bottom shaft have real roller bearings. The post and stake are quite solid.
But......
It just won't spin with wind. You can turn it by hand, but it seems that the cups are so equal on both sides that it cancels out any movement. Even in a high wind advisory last week, it just sort of moved a little.
I even disassembled it and verified that the bearings are free, but it doesn't seem to matter.
So as a yard decorations it is nice. As a spinner, it doesn't spin.

The chaff clears itself
This rasp works really well as there is space between the teeth where the chaff can fall through and not clog. My only negative is that the handle is a bit small for American hands.
