  Extremely great service!! From initial contact, to the POLITE follow up when I drove around with my console for a week, to responding to messages from the hospital!!!. Honestly best Ebay experience ever. They know their stuff when it comes to the Retron5. Hopefully don't need them again :) but if I do, I have no problem shipping my console back to them for the service. Console shipped back quickly and well packaged. If you have a Retron5 that needs service, don't hesitate to send it in.

  I had my doubts at first wether my Retron 5 was fixable so I contacted the seller and after talking I realized I was only risking $15 if he couldn't fix it!! So after I heard that I paid for the listing and wow am I glad I did. I just got back my Retron totally working 100% been playing all night.. So the entire time he was working on the console he showed pictures of what was wrong and the bad components and what he fixed. As a seller on here myself, I need to step up my customer service!
