  Packaging & shipping was good. Pipe description was accurate, value was good. However, after receiving I decided I wanted to return the item. Contacted the seller who agreed to return & refund. Communication with seller was good & upon receipt of the item issued a refund. Would recommend this seller.

  It is always a risk when buying something untested. The seller was fair in saying sold for parts. This locomotive looks great but needed a complete e-unit rebuild and a complete rewiring. It is running well now. The pictures were very descriptive of the looks of the loco and it was well packaged. It arrived quickly. Once the cost of repairs were added in it was a bit less of a value, but the seller was honest in saying sold for parts.
