pads work well
Having severe spinal stenosis, I have to use a TENS unit with pads placed on the hip area, to reduce pain. I found that 3" large round pads work better than 2" square pads and stay in place better.
These pads work well for me.

Nice adapter! Recommended.
Allows me to attach some “oldie but goodie” Minolta lenses to my Fujifilm X-T1 camera, using manual focusing. I have several of these and love them.
