This seller auctioned off an item and I won it for the low opening bid. Seller promptly canceled order and issued a refund, with zero communication, and or explanation! Thats in the top three of what NOT to do on eBay if you have any integrity and value your seller rating. Don't start it at a price your not willing to let it go for. Waste of time!

seller cancelled the order after the auction was complete and payment had been made. no note or any explanation. when I reached out to the seller they told me they had sold it locally and left the auction up. very disappointing experience and the communication leaves a lot to be desired.

Seller canceled the order with no notice, no contact, no apology. Seems like they didn't like that we won the item for so little and decided to cancel. I don't think they get how auctions work. Try an email apologizing to your customers if you truly did actually oversell. Seems very unlikely in this case though.
