Easy read, Powerful message!!

Bought used and books were in very good condition. Excellent reading for young adults developing leadership skills, and older adults to "right the ship" if they want to get more out of life. Discusses rigid mindsets, using personal points of power, and collaborating with others for effective results. The book is a 3-4 hour read telling a tale of an up and comer trying face or runaway from his problems.
