Actually Waterproof

This really is waterproof. So many claim to be but are really just water resistant. It is a little on the long side at 205mm total so if you have large wrists all the better.

Best Watch strap Compass there is.

Well made of a plastic rubber like material that stretches but does not break like some others. Will fit watch bands up to 22mm width and 3-4 mm thick.

My Favorite Auto by Far

The size of this Seiko 5 is described as 40mm, but my measurement indicates 39, which fits my taste perfectly. Also not thick nor "chunky". The watch fits wearing for any occasion and will accommodate various bands if you want to change it. I replaced the stainless band with a rubber strap. The watch can be had in subtly accented black dial with gold or silver accents Also comes with a blue or blackout dial, so you have choices. Mine is accurate to about 3 seconds per day. But the interesting thing is that if one day it is 3 seconds fast I lay it down on its side overnight and it loses the 3 seconds overnight. I have only reset it once in 3 weeks as it was fast by 11 seconds before I realized how to compensate. Seiko has a sterling reputation for long life, reliability and durability. The watch can be hacked and wound via the crown. The lume is typical Seiko 5, phenominal, as lume will last thru the night. Highly recommended.
