Wear them if you care about your hearing
Vastly superior to all other hearing protectors I have used or tried. Well worth the extra cost over cheap, shoddy Chinese junk. Not only do they protect better, they last far longer.

Book Has Been Gutted
Past fans of the "100 Best Stocks" series (I was one) will be mightily disappointed by the 2020 entry,. All the analysis (even the basic reporting) of the performance of the authors' stock picks over the previous year has been removed. That was by far the most interesting and useful part of the book. Also it forced the authors to be accountable. Now it is gone, possibly because the authors have now failed to beat the S&P 500 for two years in a row. How convenient simply to eliminate all mention of that. The book is now just the usual tableau of 100 "best" stocks. The "Note to Readers" at the front promises "gradually" (huh?) expanded discussions of the 100 stocks, but I see very little evidence of that, gradual or otherwise. So, to sum up, the book has been gutted and the authors took the year off. Yes there are some new stocks and the worst losers have been eliminated. I won't be buying this book again, at least not unless the former format is restored and the authors actually do some work for the millions they're raking in.

Decent saw with some significant, unnecessary shortfalls
The quality of this saw is good overall. I rate it high for accuracy and durability. The blade guard works well on a much better principle than on some other saws, and doesn't start malfunctioning. But why, why, why does Dewalt have to put such a cheesy, cheap, weak little clamp on it? The clamp is a very important part of the saw, as anyone will know who is cutting a somewhat warped, heavy piece of tough lumber like oak. Another weakness is the table (the base), which is undersized. Compare the table and the clamp on the Ridgid saw; they're really BUILT (but the Ridgid saw has its own serious problems).
