Always have one in the house.
I would give this ice pack a strong 3.5 to 4 stars. I have had one of these for a few years, now. I bought another one because the first one developed a rip. It is also developing creases in some areas. I insist on having one or two of these in the house for many reasons. They are of good size, I can place it on my back when I feel a strain coming on. If I twist my wrist, it can surround my arm just right. A few years ago this was $13 shipped. This week, I paid $18 shipped, it is still a good value, but the quality has not changed. I do wish they were a little more "hardy"...But the last one did last a few years. I do recommend having one if you do not have one yet.
