  Value of the item was what drew me in. Condition of the computer was as described and within my expectations. Quality of the product as well, worked as expected and she inspected internally it was clean and all components were present and accounted for. The device was delivered with an OS installed to demonstrate it worked as advertised, but I wiped it for a new one right away and the install process went smooth as if the computer was brand new. No damage to the case, no dust inside.

  Seller was awesome. Helpful.Good communication.Packed the item superbly. Fedex Ground was extremely problematic. Will only use UPS or other carriers in the future. Of note, Fedex ground referred me to Freight Quote for the booking, and multiple issues developed. Anyone reading this, should in my opinion use another carrier than Fedex Ground.
