As deep a dive as it can be given the circumstances

The author can sometimes get caught up in the salaciousness and not always check sources, but then again the thing about this time period is that there AREN'T many sources left because the Nazis destroyed so much. So for this book to exist all all and chronicle so many aspects of the sexual side of Wiemar Berlin is a feat in itself. It's just a shame that we will probably not find a whole lot more about what these people's lives were like and the art and culture they produced.
