Nice construction, but can't get to work.

So following the directions, I have not been able to get the unit to operate properly. The construction is good. But trying both 12 V and POE I have not been able to get anything out for video. The unit did warm up some, but that is all. I have tried both cameras, and had others try as well. Nothing. I sent message to the provider, but have not gotten a response.
