I might be done w/ the tube glue now.
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. Been a Testors tube man for 40 yrs. I like this Tamiya liquid with the brush applicator. It doesn't ooze out of the joints like the tube glue & wont evaporate as fast as the Tamiya extra thin, thus giving me time to glue a larger area. wish I'da switched years ago.

Iconic SR-71
6 personnes sur 6 ont jugé cet avis utile. It was a superfast & easy build. A big kit when completed for a 1/72 scale. 18-1/2" long. About 4 hrs in total. Good for beginners too, but I did manage to break the windscreen when I was clipping it from the sprue. So watch out for that. Take a look at the pics. I managed too save it though-the glass is just so small. I didn't even have to detail the interior. I just gave it a quick spray of cock-pit green & sealed her up. No one can see inside anyway. The decals were barely usable so I used them. But an after market set would've looked better in my opinion. There was a slight white shadow line on all of the "no step" lines that covered the whole top of the plane. I was impatient to finish so I went with em anyway. In the end It made for a nice looking Black Bird. At only $15 invested I'm quite happy with it. I hope this review was helpful.

No good for Chrysler BB heads
Maybe ok for Asian imports. But it bent on first attempt on my "stock" springs Chrysler BB heads. I think we're really gonna have to pay a lot more to get a decent valve spring compressor. So If you're wondering about stock Mopar BB heads...Let me put your concerns to rest...It's not gonna happen for u. Probably not for any V-8. Especially if you're planning on using heavier after-market springs / like for a larger cam. There's just no way. I hope this review was helpful
